2019 INDUCTEE
Guy Nelson
Guy officially started Southwest WI Pullers on
April 27th 2010. As a long time puller in gas and diesel trucks, he took his pulling career to the next level with the development of a new organization. Southwest WI Pullers will live on strong because of the time and dedication Guy and his family put forth over the years.
2021 INDUCTEE
Randy Jasper
Randy could be best described as the glue that holds it all together. One could argue he could go down as one of the best farm stock pullers in the midwest. Randy's dedication to Southwest WI Pullers was something to strive for. Before most all events, he would call club officers to check to see if there was anything he could help with. Today his pulling legacy lives on with his son and grandson.
2022 INDUCTEE
John Harris
John started pulling in 1976 in the street gas class. He has pulled in that class all the way up until the Outlaw class was created. As a long time class representative, John also found great success in the Outlaw class in 2022 and earned the team a points championship. John his son Lucas and crew continue to carry on the pulling tradition today.
2023 INDUCTEE
Keith Durst
Proudly flying the Allis Chalmers orange flag for many years, Keith has seen many successes with different organizations and venues. More importantly Keith is always willing to go the extra mile and ask where and when his help is needed. Even if his tractor is broke and stays home, he will still travel to an event to volunteer his time to help the club. After a 2023 Outlaw points championship, Keith announced the purchase of a new LLSS tractor. This marks the start of a new venture in the sport for him, but his time spend dedicated to Southwest WI Pullers will be a life long memory.
2024 INDUCTEE
Jason Kleppe
Jason Kleppe has been influential in the success of Southwest WI Pullers over his involvement. Jason started pulling with Southwest in 2012 two years after the club was formed and over that time has held every role possible. Not only has he won 6 points championships between the Pro Farm and Altered Farm Class, he has also held leadership positions of club General Manager, club Member Officer at Large, Class Rep, and Club Tech Official. Jason's love and knowledge of pulling has helped everyone involved in the club and the club set itself on the right path for the future.
2025 INDUCTEE
Chad Freitag
Chad Freitag has been a supporter of Southwest WI Pullers since pull number 1. He attended his first pull in Richland Center in 2010 when Guy Nelson was just putting together the idea of Southwest Pullers. Chad started his pulling career in 2002 (23 years ago) with his then 1999 Dodge. It is believed that he has made a Southwest event for all of the 15 years, a very proud accomplishment for Chad. When Guy stepped down from Southwest Pullers President, it was uncertain who would fill the role, Chad rose to the occasion and served as president in the 2018 season. Over the years Chad has pulled for points in 2.6 Pro Street and 3.0 Limited Pro stock diesel trucks with Southwest Pullers, Badger State Tractor Pullers, and other organizations. Recently Chad with his 2.6 truck called “Timebomb” has won points championships in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2025 with Southwest Pullers. Fun Fact, Timebomb is still the same 99 Dodge Chad started pulling with in 2002 and became a pull time puller around 10 years after he started pulling with it. He has also owned a 3.0 truck called Charasmatic Killer. Please Welcome to the stage Chad Freitag.
